A recent study found 80 percent of women at three months postpartum say they feel more alone than ever. \nDesigned to help mitigate feeling isolated and alone\, Hot Mom aims to help moms build community\, decompress\, and socialize while participating in one of the most accessible activities – walking. \nIn collaboration with West Coast Kids\, CYBEX will host free Hot Mom Walks on a weekly basis from the month of April to October (excluding July \, August for Summer Break). This will provide a hub for new moms to meet will participating in wellness walks led by our HMW leaders Alex Trimble (@alex_trimble)\, Chloe Alleyne (@thesweatmovement)\, and Teja Federico (@thebarreteja) \nMonthly Giveaway Prize\nThose who sign-up and attend a Hot Mom Walk will have the chance to WIN a CYBEX stroller of their choosing!
