Restorative Yoga

These 6-week sessions will blend restorative yoga, breathwork, and meditation, offering a gentle yet effective approach to relaxation and mindfulness. Each class encourages slow, mindful movement, with guided breath practices and meditation to help cultivate inner awareness and balance. Optional therapeutic touch will also be offered, enhancing the relaxation experience and supporting your well-being. We are offering two opportunities to join us in person:
