The Commercial Façade Improvement Grant Program provides funding to commercial property owners and tenants of commercial property, to redesign, renovate or restore facades on commercial buildings that are commercial use at street level and may have commercial and or residential uses on upper floors. The building façade must face a public road or a right-of-way that is accessible to the public.

Earth Day brings the return of the Bayview Pixies!
A new sign has been posted at 1669 Bayview Avenue announcing that Isabella’s Mochi Donuts will be opening soon. It reads, “THE WORLD’S BEST MOCHI DONUTS!”. We’ll have to test every flavour and report back. 😉
Toronto Fire Services extinguished a fire in the early hours of Saturday morning at Mexico Lindo restaurant (1618 Bayview Ave). The apartment above the restaurant is vacant and there were no injuries reported. Our thoughts are with Mexico Lindo, which had recently reopened after addressing damages caused by a break-in.
